Vitamin C: Does important work behind the scenes, aiding in the biosynthesis of collagen, which benefits the skin, nails and hair. As an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, it aids in the removal and neutralisation of the toxins and oxidants from the body that contribute to ageing.
B complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12): Essential for the maintenance of healthy skin. B complex promotes the formation of red blood cells which oxygenate the follicles to keep hair growing healthily. It also aids skin cell turnover. B12 in particular helps metabolise amino acids, which provide hair with moisture and strength. B complex is a great all-rounder for better skin and stronger hair and nails.
Glutathione: A powerful antioxidant, glutathione helps the body get rid of toxins and heavy metals from the liver, lungs, intestines and kidneys (toxins from pollution, stress, smoking, diet, medications) which can build up and contribute to ageing. It helps reduce dark spots and uneven skin tone, and gives skin an amazing glow. It also prolongs the anagen stage of the hair cycle, which stimulates regrowth and can lessen hair loss.
Zinc: This mineral plays an important role in the division of hair follicles and hair growth. Its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties are needed for the production of collagen fibres and elastin, which both contribute to the appearance of firm skin. Zinc can also help strengthen hair follicles and reduce shedding.

Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) is an antioxidant that works to neutralise harmful free radicals, and reduce inflammation. It has the unique ability to regenerate itself alongside other antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, glutathione, CoQ10 and Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD). ALA also induces collagen biosynthesis, which helps maintain plumpness in the skin.
